This round brass pendant features vertical perforations and an opaline glass shade. Light filters through both the elongated slits and the diffused glass, producing a soft, atmospheric glow. The interplay between the warm brass and the muted glass creates visual harmony. Suspended from the ceiling, the fixture offers versatility—equally effective as a standalone statement or in a series—bringing a considered, timeless quality to interiors.
The design reflects a refined functionality characteristic of Finnish lighting, with influence from Finnish designers in that period such as the work of Paavo Tynell or other Scandinavian contemporaries such as the designers Bent Karbly, Harald Notini and Lisa Johansson-Pape.
