The coffee table typically features a minimalist, sturdy birch wood frame, highlighting the natural beauty of the wood grain, while the top shows a graphical inlay creating a 'spiderweb' pattern.
This combination of materials reflects Bodafors' commitment to craftsmanship, suitable for a variety of interior styles. The table’s clean lines and subtle elegance make it a timeless example of early Swedish design.
A.B. Svenska Möbelfabrikerna Bodafors, commonly known simply as Bodafors, was a Swedish furniture manufacturer established in 1904, renowned for producing high-quality, well-crafted furniture that combined Swedish functionalism with a deep respect for traditional craftsmanship. Based in the small town of Bodafors in southern Sweden, the company became one of the leading furniture producers of the 20th century, particularly recognized for its minimalist designs and precision joinery. During its peak, Bodafors collaborated with prominent Swedish designers such as Axel Einar Hjorth, Carl Malmsten, Axel Larsson, Nils Jonsson, and Alf Svensson
