This rationalist chair combines lighter and darker brown tones, showing a beautiful patina that highlights the natural texture of the wood. Its design is similar to the work of Giuseppe Pagano and Gino Levi-Montalcini, two Italian designers known for their contributions to the rationalist movement during the late 1920s early 1930s. The chair features simple lines and a clear, functional shape, focusing on practicality rather than decoration. Condition
The chair shows signs of age and use throughout the frame, seating and backrest with some partial veneer missing around the leg. Recently the chair received a restoration including some filled parts, and fresh new finish and continues to show a beautiful patina.
