How do I know the condition of a piece before buying?
We have consciously chosen to photograph all of our items in their current state to present the real original condition as completely as possible for transparency towards our clients.
In case you have any additional questions about the original condition, always feel free to reach out and ask us for additional images or a video.
Do you provide the provenance of the items you're offering?
Yes, when the provenance is known we will provide you with all details available.
What is the age range of the furniture we offer?
Our collection consists out of furniture, lighting, and decorative accessories, each representing a variety of periods and geographical origins, primarily spanning from 1920 to 1990.
What is erthouse lead time?
The lead time depends on the item that you're purchasing and what your wishes are in terms of the condition. Our items are photographed and displayed online in their current condition.
If you'd like to have the item shipped in the current condition, we aim to have the item packed and scheduled for shipment within 2-3 weeks, excluding the actual shipping time.
In case you would like to have a piece restored or re-upholstered, we will send you a realistic timeframe for the extra labor by our specialized craftsmen partner and the new lead time you need to take into account.

We accept wire transfers and payment with creditcard. In case you'd like to pay through another digital option, please reach out to us so we are able to discuss the options.

erthouse works together with several trusted shipping partners worldwide. So after discussing your wishes for shipping, we will find the right partner to take care of your shipment and send updates along the way.
We can also make sure the item is accurately and safely packed for transport.

We can also order customized crates for shipment to make sure the package is transported as safely as possible.

What if the piece I purchased doesn't match my expectations after delivery?
In case the piece that you purchased doesn't match the expectations after the item has been delivered, we will always find a suitable solution together.
The connection with our clients is far more important and erthouse is aiming to build longtime relationships rather than short ones.

We have created a maintenance guide where you can easily find how to maintain most of the materials such as wood, glass, leather, steel, fabric. Besides passionately curating a collection erthouse also offers more services which could be helpful. We offer to source specific items for you, assist you in selling a piece which you'd like to find a new home for and you're able to rent items from our collection for a short duration.
